We have a user where I work, "God bless her!" that always seems to have issues. It's OK, really who doesn't? I like that, sort of, about old people. They are not interested in pretense. They speak their mind.

I have found with my "special" user the best way to help her is to remote her desktop. We just speak on different wavelengths. So if I can just peep in on what it is she is trying to do, it really helps. What have you found helps when dealing with unclear user requests? Hit me up in the comments, thanks.
